Here's one for you lefties... possibly the sweetest swing in baseball since Ted Williams, Ken Griffey, Jr.'s swing is perfect. Especially watch how, as soon as his front foot starts to lift up, his back foot and hips are already pushing him toward the pitcher. Natural, perfect power!
